Meet the Sommelier:
Perdy Saywer (Trialto)
Perdy’s wine journey began in luxury ski resorts across Switzerland, Japan, and Canada. A certified sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers and a recent WSET Diploma holder, she also competed in the 2020 BC Best Sommelier Competition. Currently on the sales team for Trialto, a Vancouver based boutique wine agency, Perdy immerses herself in the local wine scene through three tasting groups and loves sharing stories from her global wine adventures.
