The Annual ABCOM Nabs Golf Tournament, presented by PS & Co/OMD

Are you ready for this year’s ABCOM Golf Tournament?! It has been designed differently for 2024 to speed up the pace of the play and make the game more fun for those who don’t golf as often. We’re excited for you to see the new perspectives that promise to bring more laughs and opportunities to mingle on the Lower Mainland’s largest patio.
NEW TOURNAMENT ACTIVATIONS
- – The 2045.ca Bring it Home Zones (Holes 1, 2, 5, 10, 14, 17) – If you can put your tee shot into the target just off the tee of the longest holes – your group can then advance to hit your second shot from 60 yards to the green!
- – SIX Surprise holes where the hole itself will be significantly larger than normal
- – Longest Drive Competition by Globe Media Group – Men’s located on Hole #4 and Women’s located on Hole #12
- – The VISTAR Closest to the Hole Competition – Men’s located on Hole #3 and Women’s located on Hole #13
- – Barlow Media Magic String and Mulligans (available to buy before you play) Use them anywhere and as often as possible on the course – you can even tie the magic strings together to get even more relief
- These additions are designed to speed you to cocktail hour prior to the dinner hosted by Corus Entertainment!
PLAYERS! Things to Know…
- – Swaneset has agreed to provide rental clubs at no charge, and 2 players in a group are always able share one set of clubs.
- – There will be no minimum number of drives required by each player, and the expectation is that a winning score will be anywhere from 38 to 42!!!
- – It will still be a challenge for experienced players, but novice players will not ever be intimidated!
And a final thought – The revenue from this tournament supports NABS and ABCOM – so don’t forget to bring a bit of cash for the 50/50 and other fundraising activities!
